1. The first step is a 15 to 20 minute phone interview in which we gather basic information on your company, outline your company's goals for your Web site, and determine your Web site budget.
2. We then put together several possible packages with pricing for you to review. We send you all of the pertinent details for each package via E-mail. After you have had a chance to review the ball-park pricing we will call you. During this conversation we fine-tune the proposal, confirming that the proposed Web site will meet your company's needs, and that we have a concept that is within your budget.
3. A final proposal is then presented with a list of all of the graphics, photos, logos and text that we will need from you to start your Web site. Upon receipt of these items, a signed contract and your deposit, we begin building your Web site.  While the time of completion may vary depending on the specific site requirements, a Web site can normally be completed in four weeks or less.

Pricing:
Pricing is customized on a per-proposal basis, and is determined by the size of your Web site, the designer you choose as well as the overall package that your business selects. Previous PCA Web sites range from very basic $900.00 Web sites up to $4,500.00 E-commerce Web sites. The average cost of a Web site designed and developed by PCA is $2,000.00 to $3,000.00.

In order to give a general idea of the break-down of our pricing, the price list below is provided:

• Hosting: $300.00 (basic package with cgi) to $660.00 (including secure server) plus tax per year
• Design: $500.00 to $1,800.00 plus tax depending on the project and designer (one-time fee)
• Development: $150.00 plus tax per page (one-time fee)
• FLASH Movie Intro: approx. $500.00 to $1,500.00 plus tax (one-time fee)
• Maintenance: $75.00 plus tax per hour or package pricing (Please see the maintenance page for more details.)
• E-commerce: Bid Only
• Database Development: Bid Only
