 Web Site Marketing Tips

Many remodeling companies have developed company Web sites over the past several years. However, whether you are just dabbling in the Web or jumped in with both feet first, you may not be happy with what your Web site is doing for you.
A Web Site is like a brochure; if you leave it sitting in a pile on your desk and don't use it, it won't do you a bit of good. You have to MARKET your Web site to ensure it works for you to its full potential.
Here's a little quiz to help you determine if your Web Site is doing all it possibly can for you.
- Is your URL on your business card***?
- Is your URL on your checks?
- Is your URL on all letterhead and envelopes***?
- Is your URL on all printed brochures***?
- Is your URL on all advertising?
- Neighborhood mailers? Post cards?
- Magazine ads? Company newsletter? etc...
- Do you have a footer (called a signature in Outlook Express) on all outgoing e-mails (both personal and business) with your Web Site address included?
- Do you give your Web Site address out on your answering machine/voice mail?

- Do you place a business card with your Web Site address on it in your company Christmas cards?
***Note: Do you already have a pile of brochures or business cards printed? Don't reprint, just add a sticker to already printed brochures or use an ink stamp to add your URL.
If you answered "No" to any of the questions above, then you may need to evaluate your current Web Site marketing strategy. All of the above are very easy to implement and better yet, most of them are FREE.
